Busy week. Work is kicking in and I'm doing a few high impact things at the same time. High risk too. Plus we're getting ready to send Honey to school so there's been lots of online shopping and curbside pickup. Not much time for me this week. Few walks, little writing. But I have had time to read.

Very cold today, single digits, but I'm glad because it's supposed to be cold. Winter in New England. I will probably not see another real winter in my lifetime. I just did a walking workout since I'm probably not going to get outside much today. Should still get my 15 minutes of sun though.

Anxious about Honey going off again. Wish I could go, but it's not worth the risk and mostly involves 20 hours in the car. I sent her off to Ireland. I can do this!

Things are also gearing up for performances and FoPA. Now they are fundraising and asking for money. The top hat on the naked man has become a crown. I have to send out an email today to fulfill my requirement. Such a drag. Next year I'll just do the show support. It's too much especially in a plague year.

There is some hope this strain has peaked.

No walk this morning as I'm going into Brookline to meet the ServPro guy and get out of the house for the cleaners. Violet is taking the bus one last time. It's all happening fast now. I've got to get ready for Honey's birthday, have food she can eat and get ready for Ireland. It's nice to have tasks I can accomplish.

The weather is great. The news is terrible. I can't face it. Thankful to be in this little bubble in this big house. As long as the monsters are contained.

Last night we lost internet, so we all just read and stayed alone. Weird and sad to think it's only the TV hearth that brings us together. Looking forward to having Honey with us though it will a short time.
