One breath a time

rivervoxFoggy day. I walked at the Reservoir and couldn't see across it. Fun to listen to Sandman in the mist. Busy week with Tech rehearsal and birthday. I will be relieved when it's over.
I went into the office on Monday and Tuesday. It was challenging to do the commute again and be around people. I wore a mask the whole time, so that was awkward. I met our new colleague and we had a nice lunch out yesterday, so that was good. I can't see an advantage to going in. The commute is so long, my desk set up isn't that great. But I would go in to meet other people.
Trying to take things slowly. Every day with no seizure is a good one, but really every hour without one, the day gets better. Every breath I take in peace is a good one.
