Objects in the mirror may be closer than they appear

Yesterday was DH's birthday. I made shakshouka for him and we had breakfast together. I did a bit of running about for candy and cake. We had pizza and Star Trek for dinner. Violet came home and we did presents. 8 PM family zoom and cake. Then we had champagne and watched Our Flag Means Death which is delightful. It was exhausting but I think a good day for him.

I have an MD appt. today. I'm expecting some kind of terrible news. I haven't been to her since 2014! A lot of water under the bridge. Bone too. School schedule is getting intense. I made a mistake and forgot to put something out for Buy Nothing. I feel bad but I was overwhelmed yesterday.

I'm going on the T today for the first time in two years. It will be a good trial run for going to work. I'm kind of excited. Will report back!
