Stormy weather

Breakfasting first today. The sun is out though it's still chilly. Let's see, I failed the test, getting a worse score that I did the first time. Devastating. Am I too old to learn? How could those hours of study been deleterious? Will I try again? One last time? No energy to figure it out until post-Pesach.

Friday I got a COVID booster. All was well until yesterday afternoon when I was hit with fatigue. I slept all afternoon and felt better in the evening. We watched Death on the Nile, which was strange but diverting. Ate sushi. Then we watched the Gilded Age and Moon Knight and drank champagne. Feeling fine today and very glad I got the booster. Will I end up in a minority of people who never got sick? If we can make it through this week of school - 4 days - then I have some hope.

I walked Jamaica Pond yesterday, the Chestnut Hill Reservoir on Friday. What will it be today? Violet has rehearsal and there is some chance that we will see the Troens. Not sure what is planned for my birthday. Aside from the bubbly and roses. Lots of bread I hope because Pesach is coming! This is the calm before the storm.
