New dawn?

Having a hard time getting into a rhythm here. Things are different because we all need to fit into the cogs of the morning machine, moving furniture, taking turns in bathroom and kitchen. It's cold this morning, so I delayed my walk. I'm hopeful this will even out. I need to have my walk and my journal time, pushing back anything that blocks it.

Another stressful factor is the grocery shopping without going into stores. We tried delivery, and pick up at one place. Trying another because I don't like using instacart for anything. I never want to order food online again!

So much grief.

Violet is going to be able to go to summer camp first session now. It will be weird to be here alone. New schedules and systems. A new dawn? Still waiting to hear about Dublin.

Reading the eel book. Very strange and simple. We watched the last Expanse of the season last night. Very sad for the fam, but kind of meh about the finale. It felt like a puzzle room when they reset the pieces. Still, it's a great show. RIP Alex Kamal. You were my fave.

What will the weekend hold? Birthday decadence, transcendence, laundry? Excelsior.
