Cold but sunny day on the Cape. Last night we had latkes and sufganiyot and watched Matilda. Got to bed a bit earlier and slept through the night. Violet seems to have recovered from her illness. Today I want to get to the beach! I went on a walk yesterday that doubled because I went down a road that didn't connect. Is that a metaphor? Doing well with daily yoga. It's interesting to move the body in ways you don't normally do. It does seem to wake up different parts of the brain.
