It's getting hot in here
Jul. 22nd, 2022 02:29 pmDay 4/5 of the big heat. No walk this AM, just a trip to shop for food. I do need to go out to get ice cream soon. Will it melt before I get home? Will I? No plans for the weekend. Stay indoors. Read. Watch TV and come out when the sun sets. I feel bad for the kids at camp. I feel bad for animals and birds. The positive thing is that I won't feel guilty about not being outside.
Not much to report this week. Tuesday we had dinner out for T's birthday and walked up to C.Corner. Otherwise quiet. Arts week at camp. Funny how the center of your life can shift so quickly.
Busy week interviewing candidates and having conflict training. The training was very helpful. Not sure who to choose for the job. I have found a good work system with my legal pad and my calendar plus my notebook. Feeling productive.
